Launched in 2025, the EmpowerHER Asia Leadership Forum is led by Supanee Anuwongworavet, founder of Novituz, whose vision and passion for empowering women drive its mission. Committed to creating a platform that supports and empowers women in technology, encompassing leadership positions, entrepreneurship, startups, and the youth. This platform aims to inspire, uplift, and equip women to thrive in a rapidly evolving era. The event is further strengthened by the support of Ryan Kwan, founder of DigitalNow Asia, whose extensive network amplifies the initiative’s reach and impact.
In 2026, the EmpowerHER Asia Leadership Forum is powered by The CrestHaus, a leadership platform under Novituz founded by Supanee Anuwongworavet and Shannon Kalayanamitr as strategic partner. About the Founder
Supanee Anuwongworavet
Founder & CEO · Novituz · EmpowerHER Asia· The CrestHaus
Supanee believes that technology and humanity must thrive together, and that real transformation always starts with people.
With over 20 years of C-suite experience across the global technology industry, she built her leadership foundation as Finance Director at SAP before joining Microsoft, where she served as CFO, COO, and Chief Partner Officer across five markets: Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. She is a certified Board Director recognized by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), and a recipient of the 2021 Women’s Empowerment Principles Award from UN Women Thailand, awarded in recognition of the impact of a project she led on behalf of Microsoft Thailand.
Today, Supanee leads three interconnected ventures united by a single mission. Through Novituz, she drives large-scale AI capability and leadership initiatives in collaboration with global technology partners and public institutions. Through EmpowerHER Asia, she leads a regional platform closing the leadership gap for women across Asia. The CrestHaus builds trusted communities where the next generation of purposeful leaders are shaped.
She is currently pursuing doctoral research at Mahidol University on leadership and AI – studying the very question she has spent her career building the answer to.
